Thank you for taking the time to call me today.  I've attached our Parent Checklist.  It should answer most of your questions.  It also outlines the next step, which is to complete and submit the application.  You can complete the application securely online by clicking on the following link: http://www.suws.com/admissions.html.  (If that option won’t work for you, I can e-mail, fax, or mail the application.)

After you finish the application you'll need to print off, sign, and fax back the enrollment agreement.  You can print off the enrollment agreement online by clicking on the following link or printing if off immediately following the application since it already be up on your screen: http://www.suws.com/admissions.html. 

I talked to Kathy and she has authorized a tuition discount for your family.  Instead of $465 per day, your rate is $395 per day.  When you print off the enrollment agreement, simply cross out the $465, put $395 and initial the change...I'll have it in my notes so I'll know it's been authorized.

Here is the forward from Morri, who I contacted at SWUS.  I would be happy to pay for this once the GHS is finished.  I know what you have been through and also how impacted Jackie has been by the manipulations of Jay's family and her mother.  Her future is stark is there is not an effective intervention and, despite anything they do, we love our children.  Melinda
